NORPHCAM is proud to announce collaboration with the American Public Health Association (APHA), the Public Health Association of Australia (PHAA) and the Research Council for Complementary Medicine (RCCM, UK) to edit and sponsor a forthcoming special issue of the European Journal of Integrative Medicine on 'public health in integrative medicine'. The Special Issue, to focus upon public health in integrative medicine, is Co-Edited by Professor Jon Adams (Executive Director of NORPHCAM & National Convenor of the PHAA CM Special Interest Group) and Dr Elizabeth Sommers (Co-Chair, SIG on Alternative and Complementary Health Practices, APHA). We strongly encourage all who may have relevant empirical data to consider submitting manuscripts for this call. It is encouraging that we have attracted such a quality international journal and such major public health associations to help support and promote this research topic – many thanks to all concerned for their support.
