Chi-Wai is a research fellow in the School of Population Health at the University of Queensland (UQ). He is trained as a sociologist and his current research focuses on differences in CAM use by urban and rural women. Prior to joining the School of Population Health, Chi-Wai worked as a research officer in the Australasia Centre on Ageing at UQ.
Chi Wai’s research interests are in social theory and health, ageing policy, ethnic experience of illness, and settlement experience of migrants in Australia.
